Day 3 - Normandie in a Renault Megane

Started out with a trip to the police department to file a report for lost passport. Which was followed by a trip to the area near Concorde to find a photographer, then followed by a trip to the US Embassy to get a replacement. Although it went very smoothly and the embassy runs very efficiently, it is NOT an experience I can recommend.

After that, we went to La Defense to pick up the rental car (a Renault Megane) and took off towards Rouen and the Chateau Gaillard (which is in the town of Les Andelys). It was amazing! Then, we went to Caen to see the ruins of Chateau de Caen, then on to Bayeux to check into the Hotel (a brand new Premiere Classe that is only 2 months old!). Yet another kebab (one of the better ones I have ever encountered I might add) and bedtime is here. Tomorrow will be busy!
